Tee Ball (Ages 4/5)Learn More List Item 1
Designed for kids ages 4 or 5 (Ages as of 4/30 for the baseball season)
Two Sessions - Spring Session (April 17 -June 4) and Summer Session (June 19 - August 5)
Will practice one weeknight a week with games on Saturdays
One-hour time limit for games
Uses a molded core or sponge rubber center baseball
Geared towards learning fundamentals
League Information:
All games and practices will be held at Oregon Trails Park. We have 2 fields behind the parking lot (Off Graham Rd, across the street from Woodland Elementary). There is also more parking for fields off of Fishcreek (Red Park by Fire Station) if necessary.
The practices run one night a week from 5:30-6:30 or 6:30-7:30 pm, games will be Saturdays from 2-4 pm in the spring and 10 am-12 pm in the summer. There could be a weeknight game if we have conflicts due to holidays, rainouts, etc. We will have 7 practices scheduled, along with 6 games. There will be one Saturday practice early in the season before the games start. We will also have a picture day, date TBA.

8U Rec Hybrid (K-2nd Grade)Item Link

Session-Team Registration (August 15-September 26)
Will practice one weeknight during April
Games start in May with games on Mon, Wed, or Fri
1 hour and 45 minute time limit for games
A regulation baseball is utilized.
This will be a hybrid pitching league with both Coach Pitch and Kid
Pitch. Kid pitching is introduced while continuing to focus on
fundamentals and game situations.

Games start in May with games on Tues, Thursday or Saturday
Two hour time limit for games
Stealing and lead offs are introduced while continuing to focus on fundamentals and game situations.
What to Bring:
Kids will need baseball pants, a baseball helmet, and a baseball glove. SYB will provide shirts, hats, bases and baseballs. SYB will have a couple of baseball bats available per team, but we would recommend finding a bat that your son or daughter is comfortable with using. The bats are pretty reasonably priced for this age group. Kids should also bring a water bottle for breaks. Baseball cleats are also welcome, just no metal cleats!

15-18 Rec Leagues (High School)Item Link
For players ages 15-18 (Age as of 4/30 for the baseball season) All skill levels and communities welcome.
Cost - $165 per individual player (jersey, hat included). $1200 per team that comes to the league pre-formed (provide their own uniforms) 15-18 game season. If you have a team or part of a team and are interested please email or call the 15-18 league coordinator. Teams that can provide 60/90 fields for some games are eligible to have a reduced price based on prorated basis.
Games will not start until after Memorial Day.
